The “A” award for all CCPP events during 2005 will be a patch featuring our mascot, Pooter the Peregrine Falcon.  Pictured to the right, it shows Pooter stepping out with a walking stick, a German style hat, and American style athletic shoes.  In the background is the garden and sculpture for the Santa Maria City Hill.  The seven counties in which the CCPP hosts event--Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kings, Tulare, Fresno, Merced and Mariposa--are highlighted.  Instead of "city tabs," in 2005 we introduced "county tabs."  With the disbanding of the Big Valley Vagabonds (BVV) and our sponsorship of that club's YREs, the number of cities is too large continue to list individually.

The cost for the basic patch is $4.00 in addition to the $3.00 IVV credit fee paid at any of our events.  The "county tabs" cost $1.00 each.

If you want an uncut patch, including all location boxes, please do the following:

     • Register and walk for IVV credit at one event in a total of five of our locations in at least two of the counties.

     • Complete the information requested below.

     • Send this form and a check for $7.00 ($7.00 off the items if obtained separately) to the address shown below.

     • We will mail an uncut patch to you.
